Léonie is passionate about reuniting humanity with nature through nature-centric solutions, shaped by her multicultural roots as a Luxembourgish, Texan, Sri Lankan. A polymath with backgrounds in human ecology, design, and conservation, she has unlocked $30 billion in new markets through investments and policy tied to sustainability. Her career includes leadership in PE/VC as Operating Partner, Managing Director, Chief Investor Relations at the largest online accelerator, where she due diligenced thousands of companies. She launched Whole Foods’ first e-store and new market and was F1 Austin's first employee transforming the sport and its sustainability efforts. She now drives innovation at Kinetik and is an angel investor and LP.
